More than what I expected! Leather feel is amazing and looks magnificent! Excellent and what I was looking for carrying my work items!

I purchased this bag a few years back as a gift for my fiancé, he loved it. It looks nice and works great. He uses it as a work bag, so eventually the strap started to tear. I contacted customer service, to see if they could do a repair, just had to send photos, I sent the bag out. To my surprise they sent out an brand new bag! (They weren't able to work on it due to COVID). I definitely wasn't expecting this, but am super impressed! Would highly recommend their products as they stand by them and they look great too! This bag was a gift several years ago. After using for a number of years the sling strap started to separate. Contacted Johnny Fly and just wanted to see if it was repairable. I was prepared to pay for any necessary repair work. To my astonishment, they offered to replace the bag, not just fix the strap! There was no charge, no questions, nothing other than complete focus on customer satisfaction. I've had the replacement bag for a few years now. great bag and beautiful leather.
