  • Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
  • For exchange, please specify the item in which you wish to receive in place of your original purchase.

** Custom Prescription lenses are not eligible for return or exchange. We will however return or exchange the frame itself if requested **

Items purchased directly from our online store or storefront are eligible for returns/exchange. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Once received, your new exchange will ship within 1-2 days OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.
