LEAD TIMES:
Johnny Fly Co. products are guaranteed to ship 24-48 hrs from the time of purchase excluding weekends. We generally are able to ship same day on all orders placed prior to 2pm EST.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class (4-10 days), USPS Priority (2-4 days), or FedEx (2 day, or overnight).
Canada and Mexico orders are shipped via USPS first class international (6 -15 days), or FedEx Priority International (2-3 days)
All other International orders are shipped via FedEx Priority International. (2-5 days)
Customs and Taxes
Johnny Fly Co. is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs. As we have NO control over this, the customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and there is no way of knowing what these charges may be. We do take every measure to minimize and avoid these charges.
