SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
For exchange, please specify the item in which you wish to receive in place of your original purchase.

We want you to love your frames! Need a different fit, or like another color? We offer a free 60 Day Exchange. Simply place an exchange request and we will send you a pre-paid label, and will make the swap!
Prescription lens orders are subject to a $50(single vision) or $80( Progressive) restocking fee if returned or exchanged.
We do offer full return on the frames themsevles, the restocking charge will only apply to customized product or lensing.
Additionaly, if want to exchange your prescription frame itself for a different color in the same frame, we are more than happy to do so and move your lenses over to your specified color.
